SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE

By making any reservations from Homeland Studio, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Once payment is received, it is considered that you have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

BOOKING POLICY

  • ​All rooms are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Full payment in advance is required as deposit to guarantee the booking.​

  • Reservations will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND

  • Free cancellation and rescheduling 7 days prior to arrival.

  • 100% of the total booking value will be charged for cancellation and rescheduling made before 0-6 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may be granted for special occasions and emergencies, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning.

  • All sales are final. No cash refund will be given. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the booking in an emergency situation or due to circumstances beyond its control.

SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT

  • A Security/Damage Deposit is required for venue booking. The deposit will be returned to the guest within 7 business days after the date of arrival provided that all invoices are paid in full and no extra costs have been incurred.

  • Additional cleaning fee may be charged when there is any damage caused or the venue is extremely messy after usage of the venue.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children aged 3 years and older are fully charged.

  • Infants aged between 0-2 years inclusive are free of charge.

PET POLICY

  • Dog and cat are allowed to stay with surcharge. Please check with us directly for the arrangement in advance.

  • Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by their pets during their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied for any damage caused by their pets.

VENUE USAGE

  • The room is provided on an “AS-IS” basis.

  • Homeland Studio is a non-smoking venue and no smoking is permitted within the venue.

  • The use of candles or open flame, and smoke machines are prohibited due to such machines causing the fire alarm within the venue to activate.

  • No unapproved alterations may be made to the appearance of the venue and nothing should be affixed to the walls or surfaces without the prior approval of Homeland Studio.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the interior of the venue between the time of the guest’s booking and the date of arrival.

  • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance cameras are in operation 24 hours in Homeland Studio. The CCTV cameras are being used for security and surveillance purposes.

LIABILITY

  • We shall not be liable for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, theft, delay arising from accident, or other matters beyond its control that occur.

  • The total liability of Homeland Studio to the guest for any loss suffered by the guest will be limited to the total amount of money payable to the booking for Homeland Studio.

BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENT

  • All bookings can be rescheduled for free when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force or said to be in force within 2 hours before the bookings start by the Hong Kong Observatory. Guests can insist to retain their original booking time. However, there will be no compensation if the bookings are affected by any delay.

  • All bookings will be resumed when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled or to be cancelled within 2 hours before the bookings start by the Hong Kong Observatory.

We reserve the right to modify any terms of use or any features of the services at any time without prior notice or consent to any users to the services.

 

In case of any disputes, the decision of Homeland Studio shall be final.
